Whilst Love A Christmas Tree are only a relatively small company, customer service is front and centre of our processes. To avoid human error, we have integrated the delivery process with our website/ecommerce system. From receipt of your order to delivery at your door, the shipping process has been streamlined to mitigate human error. In addition, we always select our delivery courier service on their service levels not the lowest market price!

All order placed before 30th November will be delivered in first few days of December, unless requested later. Collection will be between 7th - 8th  January 2021, unless requested earlier. Please be aware that the courier does not deliver/collect on Bank holidays or at weekends. 

The option to confirm your preferred delivery date is on the Basket page, it is a free text section. Just below the order confirmation you will see a box that states  

"Please Enter Any Special Delivery Instructions and Requested Delivery Date Below (DD/MMM) "

The Buy price listed includes delivery to your door (£15) and delivery/return shipment if Renting the tree (£15 + £20) via National courier.

We will happily deliver to England postcodes (except Isle of Wight (PO30-PO33) along with simple care instructions.

We will endeavour to make the delivery on your requested delivery day. If there is an unforeseen delivery issue we will contact you and arrange another mutually agreed date.
