Returns
Christmas trees are a natural, living plant and therefore unique, they have been graded according to the British Christmas Tree Association standards, have been shaped over several years and allowed to grow naturally but will have their own natural features. Please note that each tree will not look exactly like the one in the site image but very similar.
If you are really unhappy with your tree or it is somehow damaged during delivery then please contact us (via email) with 24 hours of delivery and we will look to replace it, if you do not want a replacement for the tree we have delivered we will retain the delivery charges. Trees cannot be refunded or returned, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged. It is your responsibility to box and return the tree back to us. Please be aware that the cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
Shipping
To return your product, you should re-package and arrange a courier to deliver the tree back to: Love A Christmas Tree, Galvaston Farm, Stapleton Lane, Kirkby Mallory, LE9 7QJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
